NEW YORK: Stacey Williams, a former model who accused former president Donald Trump of sexual assault earlier in the week, stated that her decision to bring forth the allegations were not done with the Democratic party’s knowledge.
“None whatsoever,” Williams said when asked by NBC News whether there were any communications between US Vice President and Kamala Harris prior to making the comments alleging sexual assault by Trump.
The comments, released on October 21, were the first time that Trump had been linked to child predator and serial sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein directly in regards to sexual assault. Epstein, who had been an acquaintance of Williams since 1992, was introduced to Trump at the Plaza Hotel during a Christmas party.
Williams would meet Trump for a second time in 1993, after Epstein suggested visiting the future president at Trump Tower.

“I froze because I was so deeply confused about what was happening because the hands were moving all over me,” said Williams, as she recalled the events that ensued. Trump allegedly groped her, while discussing her appearance with Epstein.
Williams stated it was a “gross” conversation, in which she was treated like “an object.” Following the incident, Epstein berated and blamed her for letting Trump do what he did.
Trump spokeswoman Karoline Leavitt stated that the accusations were made by “a former activist for Barack Obama and announced on a Harris Campaign call two weeks before the election,” and that Williams account was a fake story “contrived by Kamala Harris’ campaign.”
While Williams denies making the comments on behalf of the Democratic party, she stated that “the thought of that monster being back in the White House is my absolute worst nightmare.”
