WASHINGTON: US President Donald Trump has posted on social media platform truth social, ““Israel, do not drop those bombs. If you do it is a major violation. Bring your pilots home, now! Donald J. Trump, President of the United States”.
The post comes hours after Trump announced that a ceasefire has been reached between Iran and Israel.
Addressing media moments ago, he said, “Israel must show restraint, I must bring Israel to restraint,” adding, “[I am] seeing if I can stop more attacks.” He also said that Iran and Israel have been fighting for so long and hard, that they don’t know what they are doing.
