HAVELIAN: A heartbreaking incident occurred in the Bandikotlan suburb of Havelian, where four members of a family were murdered in a domestic tragedy that has left the local community in shock.

According to police officials, the victims have been identified as Rashid Khan, son of Haider Zaman, his wife Sundas Bibi, their two young daughters, Sadia Bibi and Wahida Bibi. Authorities say the incident took place suddenly at the family home, when Haider’s mentally ill brother killed all four family members in a fit of rage.
As soon as police received the information, a heavy contingent reached the scene, secured the area, and shifted the bodies to Havelian Hospital for postmortem examinations. A case has been registered and investigations are underway. A search operation has also been launched to arrest the accused.
Law enforcement officials have launched a search operation in connection with the case and stated that all legal procedures are being followed. The bodies will be handed over to the family for burial after completion of necessary medical and legal formalities.
