PESHAWAR: A doctor working for the Shaukat Khanum Hospital has been kidnapped from the Achini Road area of Peshawar’s suburban locality, Sarband on Thursday morning.
According to the police, the doctor left his home in the morning for the hospital, but just after 15 minutes the family received a phone call informing them that the doctor’s car is found abandoned on the side of the road with its engine running.

Upon reaching the scene, police discovered the doctor’s car and mobile phone.
A case has been registered based on the statement of the abducted doctor’s father.
Sarband Police have initiated efforts to recover the kidnapped doctor from Shaukat Khanum hospital.
