LAHORE: Police have arrested a security guard of a private college after he allegedly sexually assaulted a first-year student of a private college in Gulberg.
According to sources, the security guard allegedly raped the student in the college timing.
The accused raped the victim girl in the basement of the college before he fled after the girl made hue and cry.
Police sources said that the fugitive security guard has been arrested from Sialkot, and an investigation has been launched.

According to the sources, police wil;l soon share details of the investigation with the media.
The victim girl, *I*, is a resident of Sheikhupura and a student of Punjab College Gaddafi Stadium Hali Road branch number 10.
A spokesperson said that the suspect was arrested after multiple raids utilising all available resources.
The spokesperson said that efforts to locate the victim and her family were under way.
