PMD predicts dry weather for Islamabad with strong winds in afternoon  – HUM News


ISLAMABAD: The majority of Pakistan is expected to experience dry weather, while plains will remain hot, according to the Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD).  

The Met Office has forecast rain in northern Balochistan and the western districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa during the night. Islamabad and its surrounding areas are expected to remain dry, with strong winds likely in the afternoon.  

In Balochistan, dusty winds are expected in the evening, while rain is likely in Zhob, Musa Khel, Quetta, Ziarat, and Qila Abdullah at night. Additionally, strong winds with rain are expected in Qila Saifullah, Pishin, and nearby areas during the night.  

Muree, Galiyat, and surrounding areas are expected to have partly cloudy weather. Meanwhile, rain is expected at isolated places in Waziristan, Bannu, Kurram, Hangu, and Khyber during the night.  

The Met Office has also predicted partly cloudy conditions in Gilgit-Baltistan and Kashmir during the evening.
