MUZAFFARGARH: The Provincial Disaster Management Authority (PDMA) warned of rising water levels in the Chenab River at the location of Head Marala.
About 112964 cusecs feet of water are recorded at the said location, indicating that a flood could hit the area.
About 163215 cusecs of water accumulated at the Khanki location with 101726 cubic feet of flood passing at Qadirabad, said PDMA in its freshly released report.
According to the report, there is a moderate level of flood rising in the Chenab River.

The PDMA issued instructions to the local population to remain alert to the areas adjacent to the river.
