Pakistan Stock Exchange hits new record as KSE-100 index surges  – HUM News


KARACHI: The Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) set another record on Tuesday as the benchmark KSE-100 index climbed to an all-time high. 

Trading opened with a gain of 452 points, propelling the KSE-100 index past the 95,000 mark to reach 95,448 points.

The bullish momentum, which began early in the session, persisted throughout the day, with the index witnessing a surge of 905 points at one point.

This pushed the KSE-100 Index to a record-breaking 95,901 points. 

The upward trend follows weeks of sustained gains in the PSX, reflecting robust investor confidence.

Market analysts attribute the rally to strong investor sentiment, noting that several records have been set in recent weeks. 

The consistent performance of the stock market underscores growing optimism among investors, who see the PSX’s trajectory as a sign of economic recovery and resilience.
