RAWALPINDI: A Pakistan Army team has won the gold medal in “*”Exercise Cambrian Patrol 2025”, held in Wales, in the United Kingdom, from October 3 to October 13.
The Pakistan Army team also secured the prestigious gold medal in the “Exercise Cambrian Patrol” held in the United Kingdom from October 4 to 13, 2024.
According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the exercise maintained its high professional standards, as military teams from around the world carried out various tactical missions and tasks over a 60-kilometre stretch of challenging terrain within 48 hours.
“This year, 137 teams from 36 countries participated in the exercise. Among them, the Pakistan Army team, led by Captain Muhammad Saad, delivered an exceptional performance and won the gold medal,” the ISPR statement said.
The ISPR added, “This is a proud moment for the entire nation and the Pakistan Army, which is globally recognised for its professionalism and high standards of training.”
The statement further said, “The Pakistan Army has always kept the national flag flying high and will continue to do so in the future.”
It is worth mentioning that Pakistan also won the gold medal in the exercise last year, as well as in 2015, 2016, and 2017.
