The court asked, “If a [law] like this is brought tomorrow, and is passed by the [parliament] houses, will it become an act?” The counsel answered, “First, a suitable policy has to be made to pass an act.”

The counsel replied, “The arguments of the lawyers in the court decisions of Karachi and Peshawar are the same.”
