RAWALPINDI: The Corps Commanders’ Conference has declared that all domestic and foreign elements involved in fueling unrest in Balochistan have been fully exposed and will not be granted any form of amnesty.
According to a statement from the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the 268th Corps Commanders’ Conference, presided over by Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Syed Asim Munir, began with prayers for the martyrs. The participants paid tribute to the sacrifices of the Pakistan Armed Forces, law enforcement personnel, and civilians in ensuring national peace and stability.
The forum was given a comprehensive briefing on regional security, national security challenges, and Pakistan’s strategic response to increasing threats. A detailed review of both internal and external security situations was conducted.
The ISPR said that the forum reiterated its unwavering commitment to eradicating terrorism at all costs. It emphasized that the state will deal with anti-state elements, their facilitators, and supporters with full force.
The conference participants stressed that no one would be allowed to disrupt peace in Balochistan. They reaffirmed that those pursuing divisive political agendas and elements attempting to destabilize the province would be decisively defeated with the unwavering support of the people of Balochistan.
The ISPR further highlighted that all domestic and foreign elements responsible for inciting and fostering unrest in Balochistan have been exposed. Such actors and their efforts will not be pardoned under any circumstances.

The forum emphasized the need for the swift and effective implementation of the “Azm-e-Istahkam” strategy under the framework of the National Action Plan (NAP). The importance of a united national approach in countering terrorism was also underscored.
Reaffirming its stance, the Corps Commanders’ Conference stated that state institutions would ensure strict enforcement of the law within constitutional limits, leaving no room for leniency or negligence.
COAS General Asim Munir lauded the establishment of district coordination committees under NAP nationwide. He called for the seamless and accelerated implementation of the plan, ensuring institutional coordination and synergy. He also assured that the Pakistan Army would provide full support to the government and law enforcement agencies in taking stringent legal action against terrorism financing.
The army chief reiterated that illegal activities are closely linked to terrorism financing, leaving no room for terrorists or their facilitators within Pakistan.
Additionally, the Corps Commanders’ Conference expressed deep concern over India’s ongoing human rights violations in illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK). The forum also raised concerns about India’s unprovoked ceasefire violations along the Line of Control (LoC).
The participants reaffirmed Pakistan’s unwavering diplomatic, political, and moral support for the Kashmiri people in their rightful struggle for self-determination. They stressed the need for continuous diplomatic efforts to highlight human rights abuses in IIOJK at the international level.
Expressing solidarity with the Palestinian people, the forum strongly condemned human rights violations and war crimes in Gaza. It reiterated Pakistan’s firm diplomatic, political, and moral support for Palestine.
Concluding the conference, COAS General Asim Munir directed field commanders to maintain the highest standards of operational preparedness and professionalism. He emphasized the need for rigorous training to ensure combat readiness.
