RAWALPINDI: Former Prime Minister (PM) Imran Khan and Sheikh Rasheed are likely to be charged in the General Headquarters (GHQ) attack case at the next hearing, as per the Rawalpindi Anti-Terrorism Court.
According to sources, Judge Amjad Ali Shah presided over the hearing of the May 9 incident, during which Sheikh Rashid, Sadaqat Abbasi, Raja Basharat and other appeared in the court.
The police present the charge sheet of the GHQ attack case to the court, and the copies were distributed among the accused.

The court adjourned the hearing of the GHQ attack case until October 30, and it is expected that Imran Khan and Sheikh Rashid will be charged at the next hearing.
The GHQ attack case is one of several legal challenges facing the PTI founder. The case is related to the events of May 9, when protests erupted across the country, and the GHQ was one of many places attacked.
