The party has been allocated a green and blue coloured flag with a white signature of Awam Pakistan Party.
Abbais and Miftah parted ways with the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz over political differences.
The newly registered political party has entered Pakistan’s political arena with a motto of ‘Badlengey Nizam” (will change the system).
Earlier, talking to HUM News English, Khaqan Abbasi had asserted that Pakistan needs a fresh political force as existing parties have failed to deliver.
In an exclusive discussion with HUM New English, the former prime had emphasized that the core of their manifesto was the people of Pakistan, encapsulated in their slogan, “The people are Pakistan.” He stressed that only clean, talented, and reputable politicians would be welcomed into the party.
He had criticized the performance of the country’s 177 political parties over the past 76 years, noting that they have failed to deliver meaningful progress.
Abbasi had declared that his party will focus on challenging major political entities such as the Pakistan Muslim League-N, the Pakistan People’s Party and the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf, which he claimed have been ineffective in serving the people of Pakistan.
