MASTUNG: Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Mastung Rafiq Hamza has been missing since Friday evening, causing concern amongst the family members and law enforcing agencies.
As per details, the DSP went missing while he was en route to his duty station.
As per reports, DSP Hamza had just returned from his ancestral village of Shirkaei Mashkay in District Awaran, where he attended the funeral and three-day mourning period for his late mother.

He departed from Hub Chowki around 12:00 PM on Friday heading towards Mastung and had arrived safely in Sourab at around 5:30 pm. However, after that all contact with him was lost and his mobile phone was not responding.
The family of DSP Hamza has urgently requested authorities to take immediate action to ensure his safe return.
While no official statements have been released by authorities yet, search and investigative operations are reportedly underway.
This situation arises at a particularly sensitive time in Mastung, where recent attacks on security personnel have resulted in the deaths of a DSP and two constables.
