KURRAM: Eleven people have been killed and six others injured in a clash between two tribal groups in Kunj Alizai area of Parachinar.
According to Deputy Commissioner Javedullah Mehsud, the clash erupted between tribes due to a local dispute.
Deputy Commissioner Mehsud stated that efforts are underway to restore normalcy in the area.

Police and security forces are present at the scene, and investigations into the incident are ongoing.
The injured have been shifted to a nearby hospital for treatment.
Following the incident, a large contingent of police and security forces reached the site, collecting evidence and launching an investigation into the matter.
The second shooting occurred near the bypass, where unknown assailants opened fire on vehicles heading towards Maqbal. The injured were transported to DHQ Parachinar Hospital for medical treatment.
Police have cordoned off the area and initiated a search for the attackers.
Located some 218 kilometers (135 miles) off the provincial capital Peshawar, Kurram district has seen frequent tribal and sectarian clashes in recent years. The district’s Parachinar town is one of the few Shia-dominated areas in largely Sunni Pakistan.
