Indian actress Divya Dutta expressed her frustration with the country’s IndiGo Airlines after experiencing a significant inconvenience at Mumbai Airport due to a canceled flight.
Divya posted a video of her experience from the almost empty airport to Instagram on Thursday morning. She said she was shocked to find herself checked in for a flight that was no longer in service and that she had not been informed of the cancellation of her flight.
In her post, she stated, “Thank you for a very horrendous experience in the wee hours! No notification of a cancelled flight… am checked in on a cancelled flight. The flight announcement reflects at the gate!” Divya further criticized the lack of airline staff available to assist stranded passengers, describing her experience as “huge harassment.” She added, “No staff to assist! Huge harassment at the gate to exit and no staff from @indigo.6e @indigoairways present…and the high-headed approach to passengers! My shoot got affected and I am terribly upset.”
