Cardi B recently opened up about her improving relationship with Offset, months after filing for divorce for the second time. The rapper shared that the two have been focusing on co-parenting their three children and are finding a healthier dynamic.
“We’ve been peaceful for over a week, so we like the energy,” Cardi shared during a live conversation on X Spaces on Saturday, Dec. 14, as reported by The Jasmine Brand. “We ain’t beefin’. We ain’t really speaking. So I think we’re getting to a point that is, we’re really healthy co-parenting.”
Cardi, 32, and Offset, 33, who tied the knot in 2017, share daughter Kulture, 6, son Wave, 3, and a baby girl born in September. Despite filing for divorce in July—citing reasons unrelated to cheating rumors—the pair have managed to focus on creating a positive environment for their children.
Reflecting on recent progress, Cardi said, “We’ve been really happy. I feel like this week has been the less drama week. For the past three months, it’s been drama, arguing, craziness. But this week, it’s been like, eight days that there’s no drama, no bulls—. It’s getting to the point where everybody’s moving on very healthy.”
The Grammy winner also hinted at both exploring new relationships, saying, “You heard I’m with a n—-, don’t bother me. I hear you with a bitch, I don’t bother you.”
Cardi’s comments coincided with Offset’s 33rd birthday celebrations in Miami, where both were reportedly seen at the same nightclub, though it’s unclear if they attended together.
