Veteran actor Amitabh Bachchan recently took to social media to applaud his son, Abhishek Bachchan, as fans showered praise on the actor’s work. Engaging with several posts on X (formerly Twitter), Amitabh shared his thoughts on Abhishek’s career and performances.
One user wrote, “Abhishek Bachchan unnecessarily became the victim of ‘nepotism’ negativity, but the amount of good films in his filmography is very high.” Reacting to the comment, Amitabh responded, “I feel the same .. and not just because I am his father.”
Another fan posted the trailer of Abhishek’s upcoming film Be Happy, praising his performance. Amitabh enthusiastically replied, “Abhishek, you are extraordinary. How you adapt and change with each film character is an art, which is incredible. Love you, Bhaiyu.”
Amitabh also reacted to a video of Abhishek at the HT India’s Most Stylish Awards, where the actor’s presence was appreciated. “Superior .. Abhishek .. stunning .. Abhishek .. the walk the grace and .. THE STYLE .. and no fuss, just a normal being .. away from the unnecessary display of excitement or attention seeking .. (red heart emoji),” he wrote.
Earlier, after watching Abhishek’s recent film I Want to Talk, Amitabh shared on his blog, “Some films invite you to be entertained .. some films invite you to BE the film. I WANT TO TALK .. just does that .. it invites you to BE the film…Abhishek .. you are not Abhishek .. you are ARJUN SEN of the film. Let them say what they say.”
Amitabh Bachchan is currently hosting Kaun Banega Crorepati 16. Meanwhile, Abhishek will next be seen in Be Happy, set to release on Amazon Prime Video next week.
