Punjab excise announces new registration fee for Toyota Corolla Altis X

LAHORE: Toyota has launched the all-new Corolla Altis X, bringing a bold design, advanced features, and upgraded safety to Pakistan’s car market.

Design & Interior:

The new Altis X comes with a wider front look, a bold fascia, and sleek body lines, giving it a strong road presence. Inside, Toyota calls it an “entry into luxury.” The car features a floating 3D interior design, soft-touch materials, and a spacious, quiet cabin for a comfortable ride.

Engine & Performance:

The Corolla Altis X Grande is powered by a Dual VVT-i engine with ACIS that produces 138 horsepower and 173 Nm torque. It’s built to deliver power, fuel efficiency, and long-term reliability.

Safety:

For safety, the Altis X includes dual SRS airbags that deploy in case of severe collisions to reduce injury risks for passengers.

Price in Pakistan:

The Toyota Corolla Altis X 1.6 MT is priced at Rs. 6,099,000 (ex-factory, Karachi, inclusive of 25% sales tax) as of September 2025.

Registration Fee in Punjab:

If you’re buying a new Altis X in Punjab, registration with the excise department is a must. The registration fee is 2% of the car’s price.
