Gold rate in Pakistan on Sept 26 up by Rs1,500 to Rs277,000/tola
Gold prices in Pakistan have surged by Rs 1,500 per tola today, setting a new record.
According to the All Pakistan Jewellers Manufacturers Association, the price of gold per tola (around 11.66 grams) has risen to Rs 277,000, while the price of 10 grams has increased by Rs 1,285, reaching Rs 237,482.
This price hike was recorded in major cities like Karachi, Hyderabad, Lahore, Islamabad, and Peshawar.
On the global market, gold has increased by $12, bringing the price to $2,665 per ounce. Meanwhile, silver prices remain stable at Rs 3,050 per tola.
