Gold price in Pakistan hits historic high at Rs428,200 per tola

KARACHI: The gold prices in Pakistan remained at a historic high on Monday, continuing their record-breaking surge amid a rise in international bullion rates.

In the international market, gold gained $55 per ounce, with the price climbing to $4,071.

Earlier, Gold prices in Pakistan experience frequent fluctuations, primarily influenced by trends in the international market. These variations are reflected in the rates provided by local gold markets and Sarafa markets in different cities across the country.

The gold rate in Pakistan today is PKR 420,600 tola for 24 karat gold, and 22 karat gold price is PKR 385,649 for 1 tola on Saturday, Oct 11, 2025.

Market analysts attribute the increase to a surge in international gold rates and fluctuations in the interbank exchange rate, which directly affects local bullion prices.
