In a bid to improve visitor experience, the administration announced a huge reduction in parking fees, cutting them by 50 per cent. Animal medications will also be available at half-price.

To ensure security, over 20 checkpoints will be established along the market’s access routes.

Organisers reported that the influx of sacrificial animals for Eid-ul-Azha from various regions in Punjab and Sindh was already in progress. “This market will commence operations today, featuring a diverse array of sacrificial animals for sale”.

As per reports, a new token system was introduced to facilitate transactions for the first time. Buyers purchasing multiple animals will receive corresponding token, allowing for easier exit from the market with their purchases.

To further assist traders and customers, ATM facilities were setup on-site. Traders in the general sections will be permitted to bring their own standard tents, while those in the VIP and ‘VVIP’ areas will benefit from reduced rates for tent rentals.

Tents are to adhere to the market’s standards, and if the traders cannot provide their own, they can rent tents from the organisers at reduced prices.
