The founder of Bad Boy Records and music mogul, Sean “Diddy” Combs, is allegedly not eating while being held at Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center.
Former prisoner and Wall Street Prison Consultants founder Larry Levine informed Banfield that Diddy might be refraining from eating because of paranoia and a fear of being poisoned. “A source close to the investigation believes Diddy is not eating behind bars because he is ‘paranoid’ and ‘scared,’” Levine said. Furthermore, he hinted that Diddy might be going on a hunger strike.
Following his arrest on Monday night, September 16, Diddy is being charged with a number of serious offenses, including sex trafficking, racketeering, and providing transportation for prostitution.
He is scheduled to appear in court in early October, but his bail has already been denied twice. In a 14-page indictment, Diddy is charged with using abuse and intimidation to satisfy his “sexual desires” while hiding his activities. In order to keep his victims “obedient and compliant,” the indictment further claims that he distributed controlled substances.
To the charges, Diddy has submitted a not-guilty plea. In an interview with US Weekly, his defense lawyer, Marc Agnifilo, expressed his disappointment with the U.S. Attorney’s Office’s decision to pursue what he considered to be an unjust prosecution of Mr. Combs. Sean “Diddy” Combs is a music icon, a self-made businessman, a devoted family man, and a demonstrated philanthropist, Agnifilo continued.
