ISLAMABAD: The national carrier Pakistan International Airport (PIA) has been unable to fix the software glitch in its Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
The working of PIA offices was affected because of a technical error in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system software, which helps manage matters related to the employees.
According to sources, the PIA manages medical-related matters and approves employee leaves through the system.

However, because of the system malfunction, office work across the country, including Karachi, has reached a standstill.
The PIA IT department was trying to fix the problem.
“Efforts are afoot to restore the system, according to PIA spokesperson.
But it could still take two days to fix the glitch, said the spokesperson.
