- Punjabi Rapper AP Dhillon’s Home Attack in Vancouver, Canada
- The shooting incident occurred weeks after releasing a music video.
- Dhillion recently released a music video “Old Money”, featuring Salman Khan.
A shooting incident occurred outside Punjabi singer and rapper AP Dhillon’s residence in Vancouver, Canada, shortly after the release of his music video featuring Bollywood star Salman Khan. According to Indian media, shots were fired outside Dhillon’s home, although Canadian authorities have yet to provide an official statement on the matter.
Reports suggest that the Lawrence Bishnoi gang and the Rohit Godara gang, both previously involved in high-profile incidents, have claimed responsibility for the attack. This comes in the wake of a recent music video by AP Dhillon titled “Old Money,” which features Salman Khan.
Additionally, a threatening message circulated on social media claimed that the gangs carried out shootings in Toronto on September 1. Earlier threats had been made to Dhillon, warning him to “stay within his limits” or face severe consequences.
Authorities in Canada have launched an investigation to verify the authenticity of the threats. This shooting follows a similar incident on April 14, when gunshots were fired outside Salman Khan’s residence in Mumbai, with the Lawrence Bishnoi gang’s involvement later confirmed. The Bishnoi gang had also previously claimed responsibility for a shooting at singer Gippy Grewal’s home in Vancouver.
